I like to say that I was "channeling" Adrienne on this day. Black, a color that I had always shied away from in my work, suddenly became such an inspiration to me. Now it is appearing in almost every one of my pieces. I can't exactly say what triggered this change, but I am really enjoying it. To me, it is not a symbol of darkness, but of positive change and growth.
